Robert & Holly Miller & Robert Aldrich Scholarship Fund

The Burlington Schools Foundation administers the Robert and Holly Miller Scholarship Fund for H.O. Wheeler Elementary School graduates who attend post-secondary school. This is a needs-based scholarship.

Corinne Crawford Scholarship Fund

The Corinne Crawford Scholarship Fund is in memory of a Burlington High School graduate who died tragically in 2007. The Fund will support talented and motivated students from Burlington High School and Winooski High School. Crawford scholarships will be awarded to students of low- and moderate-income families who wish to enroll in classes at the University of Vermont or St. Michael’s College.

Corinne Crawford graduated from BHS, attended Harvard University, and received a Ph.D. from the University of California—Berkeley. The Fund honors Corinne’s exceptional intellectual curiosity and extraordinary passion for helping people in need.

In addition to scholarships, Crawford Award recipients will be eligible for reduced tuition at both UVM and St. Michael’s. Scholarship awards will also pay for transportation and college course materials.
